A Move To Impeach Bush Over Domestic Spying?

The Constitution still stands, but Bush's recent actions may bring about a political firestorm. Howard Fineman believes the talk is already beginning on a move by some to impeach the President. I will follow this story closely as it develops.

Here is the story by Newsweek's Howard Fineman.

It'll never happen. Everything was legal AND with the knowledge of Congress. There's no way that a majority of Congress will support this. It's all just a sham like all other previous attempts to make the prez look bad. In the end, it was legal.

He's a lame duck. Congressional Dems should just lay low and wait for the next president. Bush is not running for president again, so why waste the effort? They will only end up getting their dirty laundry aired in retaliation by the party in power, like the recent votes against pulling out troops immediately, amongst others.
