There are two more candidate forums on the calendar for Hidalgo county. Here is the information for the interested public.
The Rio Grande Valley Veterans Alliance will be hosting a non-partisan forum on Saturday, February 11th. The forum will be held from 12 noon until 2 pm at the Catholic War Veterans Hall, FM 1015 and Expwy 83, between Mercedes and Weslaco.
The Weslaco Chamber of Commerce is hosting a candidate forum for the races of Hidalgo County Judge and District Clerk. John Greider, general manager of the Mid Valley Town Crier, will serve as moderator. The event will take place at the Weslaco Business Visitors Center from 12 noon until 1:15 pm on Wednesday, February 15th. There will be a $5 entrance fee.
