Visiting With UTPA Political Science Students

I always enjoy visiting the political science association at the University of Texas - Pan American. Students always have a way of cutting through the noise to get to the crux of a situation. Today the students were no different. From tuition deregulation to the underlying historical reasons for political neglect in South Texas, these students were perceptive and insightful. My thanks to the association for the engaging discussion and the welcoming hospitality. I look forward to the next visit.
