The Senate and the House have now passed the (CHIP) Children's Health Insurance Program bill. HB 109 is the bill that attempts to partially undo cuts to the Children's Health Insurance Program. The House and the Senate versions both allow families renew their coverage every twelve months, instead of every six months. But other differences in the bill will probably send it to conference.
