A Happy New Year to all!
January 1, 2008 marks the third anniversary of our little experiment on the "internets". From the first day I set up this blog back on January 1, 2005 up until the present I have truly enjoyed the journey. Our thanks to all our new found friends who love politics and the great state of Texas. "A Capitol Blog" will continue on towards it's fourth year and God willing into the future.

Welcome back for another year. Good luck on your campaign. You shouldn't have any problems. Most people I talk to don't think much of your opponent. His run ins with the law don't help. Good luck and look forward to more postings.
