As Bills Are Dying Others Still Have Heart

Rep. Tara Rios Ybara came over to my desk to lament that her bill (HB 1948) on page 9 was in danger of not being passed. We are currently on page 7. If she doesn't pass her bill by midnight her bill will indeed be dead. I told her to have heart.

Many bills are in fact dying because the clock will kill all those bills that are not reached. The calendar goes all the way to page 25.

When I left her she still had heart.
