I recently visited Austin to request federal stimulus dollars for key wastewater service projects. Today, we were happy to learn that our efforts were successful. The Texas Water Development Board announced for Elsa.

Also joining us are Elsa City Manager Maria Teresa Rodriguez, the city's consultant Hollis Rutledge, representatives from the Texas Water Development Board and Senator John Cornyn's Office.
